Reiki 1 is a two day course which covers the following:
- Introduction to the Usui method of Reiki.
- Introduction to the Chakra System
- Illness and healing blocks
- Personal reflection activities
- Exploring the flow of energy
- Reiki attunements
- Hand positions for a Reiki treatment
- Creating a sacred space for a Reiki treatment
In First Degree training you will receive four attunements. These attunements are focused mainly on opening up the physical body so that it can be a clear channel for the flow of energy.
During Reiki 1 training, you learn how to feel energy and how to give a treatment, firstly to yourself and secondly to family, friends and pets. This practice assists the integration of the energy and is the first step toward becoming a Reiki Practitioner.
Following the attunement is a 21 day integration process, during which you are encouraged to give yourself a treatment every day, and engage in some self reflection through journalling. Students find themselves undergoing positive personal changes and transformation.
You will receive an illustrated Reiki Manual and the First Degree Reiki Certificate on completion of the course.
Reiki II

Reiki II opens additional energy centres and attunes you to a greater vibration of Reiki Energy. During the course, you are introduced to ancient sacred symbols. These symbols can then be used as a focus to enable you to strengthen mental and emotional healing and to send distant healing.
In Reiki II training you receive two attunements. As a result of these attunements, you may develop both a greater sensitivity to energy and intuitive, psychic awareness leading to personal transformation.
Techniques are taught to enable you to focus the energy on releasing mental and emotional blocks and focus your intent to send Reiki energy beyond time and space for distant healing.
Reiki II is a two day course which covers the following:
- Reiki II attunements
- Reiki II symbols - learning to draw and use
- Absent healing techniques
- Hands-on practical sessions
- Personal refection activites
- Sharing Reiki
- Practicing Reiki Professionally
You are encouraged to give yourself a Reiki treatment every day for 30 days following the completion of the course. Reiki II will provide the necessary training and discipline required for you to operate as a Reiki practitioner if this is your intention.
On completion of the course, you will receive an illustrated Reiki Manual, the Second Degree Reiki Certificate.
Empowering Women Sacred Circles
A gathering space for women of all ages who have a longing to connect with their sacred self.
A time just for you to reconnect, rebalance and remember who you are.
Come and share with like minded sisters in a warm, inviting sacred circle.
There will be safe, respectful sharing, laughing, opening of hearts and minds, nurturing, comforting and leaving behind the labels and burdens of everyday life.
In a healing sacred space we will share meditation, candlelight, oracle cards, gratitude, wishing and manifesting, light hearted letting go rituals and other such lovely stuff. We’ll finish with some teas and light soul food.
Gift yourself with some me-time and come along. No matter what place you are in, you are welcome.
